FUZE Italian Ristorante is the second restaurant of Avalon’s hottest new restaurateurs, twin brothers Steve and Anthony Cozzi. For some we are a casual evening retreat for dinner after a shore-studded day, for others the romantic atmosphere in a hidden corner or a secluded booth provides the ideal place for life’s special moments.
